Baggage and articles

With your ticket, you can carry up to 30 kilos of checked baggage in total, including suitcases, backpacks and carry-on baggage.

If this weight limit is exceeded, an excess baggage fee will be charged, provided there is space available in the hold.

If you wish to carry additional baggage during your trip, you must inform our headquarters in advance.

Inside the bus, only one piece of hand luggage is allowed, which may be a backpack, handbag or briefcase, with a maximum weight of 15 kilograms.

Yes, you can travel with your pet, as long as it is in its kennel or carrier. You will be given a space in the hold of the bus.

The following items are not allowed to be carried on our travel routes:

  • Firearms and explosives
  • Illegal substances and narcotics
  • Flammable materials or liquids such as gasoline or paint
  • Sharp or cutting objects that may represent a risk to passenger safety
  • Hazardous or toxic chemicals
  • Prohibited and illegal substances or non-prescription drugs

Schedules and tariff

We have departures every day at 07:00 a.m. for our tourist tour Ruta del Sol Cusco-Puno and Ruta del Sol Puno-Cusco. It has an approximate travel time of 10 hours and a half.

We have daily departures without stops at 10:00 p.m. for our Cusco-Puno route, and also for the return route Puno-Cusco. It has an approximate travel time of 7 hours.

We have daily departures without stops at 08:30 p.m. for our Arequipa-Cusco route, and also for the return route Cusco-Arequipa. It has an approximate travel time of 10 hours and a half.

From 4 years of age and older, children must pay the cost of an adult ticket.

Children under 18 years of age and elderly people who cannot take care of themselves must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age.

For now we do not have special rates, but you can always check our offers and promotions in our branches at any time.

Ticket of travel

It is possible to change tickets up to 12 hours before the departure time specified on the ticket.

If the passenger has lost his/her ticket, he/she must request a copy of the ticket and pay a fee of S/. 5 for each duplicate ticket.

Please note that the travel ticket is individual and constitutes the only valid document for the trip. In case you wish to transfer it, this is possible with an administrative cost of S/10 per ticket, as long as you do it at least 4 hours before the departure of the bus.

Conditions of travel

It is necessary to arrive at the terminal at least half an hour before the departure time shown on your ticket to check in your bags. During the boarding process, be sure to have your ticket and ID ready for presentation.

If you have purchased your tickets in person, we will provide you with physical tickets at our offices.

In case you have made a reservation or purchase online, you will be required to present your printed tickets, but you also have the option to pick up your physical ticket by visiting the ticket counter or our offices.

Yes, according to the Ministry of Transportation, for national destinations, it is possible to travel with the DNI out of date. Likewise, we recommend you to renew it before traveling.

Children under 13 years of age, pregnant women and senior citizens (65 years of age and older) may not travel in panoramic seats.

We offer on board service of hot and cold drinks. And for all our travelers who purchased their ticket for the Ruta del Sol Cusco-Puno or Ruta del Sol Puno-Cusco is included buffet lunch in the town of Sicuani.

Yes, when purchasing on the online platform, you have the option to choose the number of seats you wish to purchase. It is important to remember that, for each seat selected, you will be asked for the information of the passenger who will be taking the bus.

Yes, you can do so as long as you have the passenger's personal identification number (DNI), the passenger's full name and age.

In our offices, we offer payment through Yape and Plin payments. We also accept debit and credit cards, including Visa, American Express, Diners and Mastercard.

We are open from Monday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
